Hi! I'm trying to figure out if there's a link between scabbing and the type of tonsillectomy surgery you have. Some people describe having a whiteish mash potatoey type of thing throughout recovery where their tonsils used to be whearas others talk about having really awful scabs which hurt a lot when they come off (possibly leading to a lot of bleeding) and also cause gagging whilst they're just hanging there. I'd realling like to avoid scabbing if possible so any help would be much appreciated! (Tonsillectomy in a few weeks!) Thanks!:)
