I have symptoms similar to Fibromyalgia but I have not been diagnosed with it (yet). I have mild to severe widespread pain throughout my entire body. The pain is EVERYWHERE, from head to toe. I mean I have pain from my toes to my feet, calves, back, hands, fingers, even my face and around my head (which causes painful headaches). The pain is sometimes random, whereas I feel it somewhat focused on the back of my hand or foot sometimes very strongly. In addition I have occasional widespread muscle twitches. This is absolutely horrible whatever it is, I've been dealing with it for 10 months now and after 6 GPs, a neurologist, 2 rheumatologists and an allergist they all act like they've never seen anything like this before in their entire career.

Does this sound like Fibromyalgia? Anyone out there have same EXACT symptoms?

I've had EMG, and countless blood labs and everthing has been normal. I have occasional fatique but most of the time normal energy level. I do not have any neurologic symptoms such as weakness, atrophy, buzzing, numbness or anything. I often have tired, sore, achey muscles and frequently outright pain everywhere.
