Well Dr Bollino called and said Al is dying of Cirrhosis of the Liver. He hasn't got long to live. He just lays there and sleeps.Nothing no one can do but Pray that he will cross over quick and without pain. I have faith that God will see us through this ordeal.
He never drank in his life,so go figure that. Also he has no hepatitis!
He just lays there and don't talk to anyone.

I am sorry, Shirley. My dad just passed away a few days ago from liver disease. He spent the last two months sleeping close to 20 hours a day.

I am sorry to hear this. My prayers are with you.
What is the Dr. basing this one?? Is your husband on any kind of medication - Prednisone, Imuran, anything at all?
If he doesn't have hepatitis, whether it be viral or non-viral, is it maybe from Primary Biliary Cirrohsis or Schlerosis?? Granted, it may not make any difference at this stage, but "it's not over 'til it's over".
I know this is so very hard on you. Consider yourself hugged. -:)
