What meds to you all take to help you sleep at night??

Seroquel helps me. :) But it also helps with my mood. ^_^ I tried Ambien CR...but it made me manic. >.> And my pdoc has mentioned Rozerum, but at the moment, I don't need it because of the Seroquel...

When we brought my son to college a week or so ago he got very anxious and said he was worrying about sleeping and so the pdoc gave him 10 tablets of Clonazepam at .5mg and he has cut them in half and that helped with his sleeping when he has needed it, but he tells me he has taken it only 4 times so it apparently broke his sleep issue. It also works well, according to our pdoc, with the depakote and abilify. So ask your pdoc....Mom
