Hi

I have a sinus type headache that won't go away. It gets worse when I bend down. I am sneezing a little bit, but nothing else. I have no stuffiness, no nasal drip, no coughing or anything.

I guess my question is, can you have the sinus pain but no other symptoms?

Yes you can. Talk to your family doctor. Some antibiotics might just do you some good.

Hi, thanks for coming back to me. I did ask my doctor today about sinus headache without the drip etc and he said 'no'! I have a sinus type headache along with what seems to be tension-type hadaches. But my main problem now is the panic attacks I am having on top of this, which are making me feel sick, then I think the feeling sick is to do with a brain tumor and I am going round in a vicious circle.
