Hi all
I was just wondering if any of you have this troublesome symptom.
When I awaken from sleep (whether it's a ten-minute nap or longer), the first thing I feel (while eyes are closed) is this strange deep ache in both feet. I don't exactly know how to describe it. The pain (gnawing as if coming from the bone) is diffused in the upper part of the feet, nearer the toes (but if you don't think abt it, feels as though the whole feet is burning somewhat).
What's really strange is just before a quick nap, my feet can feel perfectly normal, but a mere 5 - 10 minutes later, upon awakening, I get this noticeable ache. (*If I sit still for 5 - 10 minutes or longer, I -don't- get the ache.)I can't find an expln for this, or why sleep has this effect on my feet - and only my feet! Once I start moving around, the pain wears off (though other kinds of pain may take over! http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/rolleyes.gif ). Of course, when I have a flare, my whole body feels sore and weak, but I'm talking about days when I'm not too bad.
I've been exercising almost everyday and my stamina has improved. But this after-sleep feet ache remains, despite my efforts to increase "total body circulation". Anyone with same problem or with answers? Thanks! http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/gabby.gif
Health to all!
