Any opinions on what is the most useful book on juicing in terms of factual information and recipes for vegetables and fruits? I just bought a juicer and am ready to go but I want some basics first from a really good book.

I like "the complete book of Juicing by Michael T. Murray ,N.D. First half of the book is the "key" benefits of all fruits and vegetables second half is alot of recipes. Good luck
