I am currently diagnosed with cfs/fms and mps (myofacial pain syndrome)and atypical variant Migraines from my Neurologist, Meniere's from my ENT and now TMJ from my dentist. I have been through multiple MRI's, brain, neck and sinus... Nothing abnormal. This is so frustrating.
I have been in a pain free period.
It all started with jaw pain and all the trigger points surrounding my jaw started up. Then the migraine hit with a multitude of neurological symptoms, tingling in hands and feet, visual. I feel asleep after some Midrin, woke up and felt like I had a 103 fever (no fever present)whole body dis ease (hard to explain). Felt like someone was hugging me too tight and I couldn't breath normally. That state where you don't want to move or talk. I found myself moaning because my body was so uncomfortable, intolerable.
The headache is still there after a day and a half and my arms are so sore. Painful in my forearms. How could I be doing so well and then boom, everythig hurts.

I am still trying to really figure out what I have because there are no concrete test for ANY of the diagnosis I have received as of yet.

Can anybody relate to these symptoms?

There's so many things that could possibly cause this.

I'll just give you one thing to think about. Have you had recent dental work done, where they filled your teeth with "silver fillings"? The "silver" is actually mostly mercury. Some people, like myself, have noticed quite a reaction to it. Some people are more sensitive to this than others, like people who are allergic to nickel, for example.

It might not be the case for you, but I thought that I would mention it anyway. These pains, that can't be explained can be so frustrating....

If you would like more information, this is available on the internet - or just let me know what other questions that you might have about this. It's quite controversial.

I hope that you can figure it out. Maybe some other people here can give you some other avenues to research also. Each person is different, and so many different things can affect us.

I AM ALWAYS IN PAIN, BUT I GET WORSE AFTER I TRY TO CLEAN..ESPECIALLY PUSHING THE SWEEPER, MOPPING MY FLOORS,ETC. IF I DO TOO MUCH I CAN'T MOVE, SOMETIMES FOR DAYS. DID YOU EVER HAVE ANY KIND OF A HEAD OR NECK INJURY....WHIPLASH? JUST CURIOUS. THIS IS WHAT STARTED MINE. THEY CAN'T FIND ANY REAL EVIDENCE OF MINE, EITHER, BUT I HAD A WALK-IN FREEZER DOOR COME OFF THE HINGES AND BOUNCE OFF MY HEAD THREE TIMES, SO THEY THINK IT'S AT LEAST NERVE DAMAGE AND FIBRO AFTER 2 YRS. OF GOING THRU THIS WITH THE DOCTORS. I'M ON THE DURAGESIC PATCH, WHICH HAS HELPED THE BEST. PLUS TONS OF OTHER STUFF. There are so many chemicals that we are exposed to on a daily basis - it amazes me that we don't have more problems than we do. We're supposed to take meds that have frequently been "fast-tracked" by the FDA that are suddenly revoked because of lack of long-term effects. My doctor even warned me about drinking water from plastic bottles - they are beginning to believe that it effects us genetically. What next?!?
