Hello.

I'm a 21 years old male.

Over the past 10 days I suffer stinging pains in [ALL] of my joints. Knees, elbows, fingers, wrists, feet, shoulder... everything.

The pains are stinging, and last for some seconds, then go away for a couple of minutes...

I also have diarrhea and if I try to sleep on my right side, for instance, my right shoulder would ache...

My family doctor has tested my ESR which was ok (4).

I'm not suffering from any fever or throat viruses.

I'm 1.85m and 62kg, steady.

What to do in order to diagnose my condition? Could this be something temporary and not devistating?

At first my joints only cracked a lot, and days later they started to ache, days... Isn't it too fast for something serious to develop?

Also, can someone please describe the early pains in the joints, and how exactly does morning stiffness feels?
