I have fibromyalgia. I'm 17, and I live near harrisburg,pa. If anyone knows of any doctors in PA that are worth seeing, please mail me. Also, what can you do for the pain? I took vicodin for awhile, but its rough on my stomach, what else works?
THANX.

Hi shygirl17,
So sorry to hear you've had to join our ranks http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/frown.gif . I don't know any dr.s in PA, but type fibromyalgia in a search engine, and you will find TONS of information about beneficial therapies, and even sites that list dr. referrals. Wish I could help by posting some sites for you here, but rules are rules. The best I can do is tell you that education is the best form of treatment, so learn everything you can about this SD (stinking disease)
Best of luck to you

I'm on celebrex for pain. Previcid controls my reflux and the effects of the celebrex. There are also perscription strength antacids.
