I just brought this supplement to see if it would help me with anxiety and also to get a better nights sleep but I was wondering if I could take one tablet in the morning (to help with the anxiety during the day) and another at night, would it really make me that tried during the day?

It says to take one or two tablets an hour before bed.

EACH TABLET CONTAINS:
Valerian (Valeriana Officinalis) root 200mg
Passion Flower (Passiflora Incarnata) herb 200mg
Hops (Humulus Lupulus) fruit 150mg
Skullcap (Scutellaria Lateriflora) herb 100mg
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) 50mg

Except for the Chamomile, all the other herbs are more specifically geared for sleep. The Chamomile can also be taken for sleep help as well as during the day for relaxation.
Since you have anxiety during the day, I would advise you to go over your food intake. Try to cut down or eliminate all sugary food/beverage items. In addition you might want to cut down/eliminate any sources of caffeine such as soda, tea(unless herbal), coffee, chocolate.
I would also recommend that you have your Thyroid tested for Hyperthyroidism which can cause anxiety and difficulty in falling asleep.
