Hi. Prewarning, sorry if this is gross or the wrong place to post this, I just don't know where to post this, so I'll explain everything I can and hope that someone can help me!! this is making me so upset. :(

Anway, I have IBS primarily with constipation. I take fiber regularly to maintain some sort of regularity--whatever. Point being, I am usually constipated so even though I hate it, I think my body is kind of used to it.
Right now, I have some sort of bump but i dont know if its a hemorrhoid or not, and if it isnt what could it be?

I don't think its hemorrhoids because: its in the area between the anus and the vagina (perineum, i think?) but all my reading has indicated hemorrhoids are on the anus itself, and its only one bump (and all the stuff ive looked at on hemorrhoids indicates 'clusters').
I've tried to use a generic preparation h creme, but it just gets the whole area all greasy and doesnt seem to stay on the lump anyway because of the spot its in, so i dont know.

i just dont knowww what to do. i want this gone NOW! any ideas? what is it? how do i make it go away? help :(
