Have been taking estradiol for a very long time...a very low dose..0.5 orginally for vaginal dryness, but apparently it was such a low dose that it was not doing the job...and now have been given estradiol vaginal tablets inserts 25ug because of severe vaginal dryness, which I have to use every other day...on top of taking the oral estradiol....Question is this too much estradiol? Doc does not seem to think so...also have a problem with facial hair...the hairs on my lip and chin seems to grow over nite...even tho I tweeze every day, there is never an end to tweezing...Once the doctor increased my estrogen but it seems like it increased my facial hair...so I went back to o.5 ...but the doctor says estrogen does not cause facial hair...I have been trying to slowly get off the oral pills...because I really do not want to take this much estradiol...any thoughts would be appreciated....:angel:

It's the tweezing itself that's probably causing stronger facial hair growth, (tweezing, together with shaving, are definite no-no's). How about trying an electrologist for your facial hair??¿¿ :angel:
