Do insurance companies take the fact that a nervous breakdown may be enough reason to cancel a holiday and be able to claim, just the same as say a heart attack or serious physical illness.
Daft question i know but someone may have had to cancel a vacation through mental illness rather than physical

They should do ......... It can be just as debilitating. Check it out in the small print of the policy or phone them.
