That's all I'm going to say in high doses! It works fine. No pain meds needed now! L-glutathione is awesome too. I don't want to ramble on with my story it is probably similiar to all of yours you just know what all I"ve suffered and I searched for natural alternatives because I was always drugged up and couldn't be mom with my children! http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/wave.gif

I agree Magnesium/Malic acid is great. I take it in the form of Magnesium Malate which my doc says is the best form (from Source Naturals, available at health food stores). I also had great luck initially by combining it with Relaxin (a female hormone marketed as Vitalaxin that decreases markedly during menopause, but is not replaced with normal hormone replacement tharapy). In fact on these two things, I thought I was cured. For about 5 months I had no pain at all and slept well with only some melatonin at bedtime. Then I ran a marathon (told you I felt great!) and all my pains and insomnia came back, only worse. Lately I've been vastly improved by some dietary changes (see my post about excitotoxins).
