I have had this (diarrhea) since July 21...scheduled colonoscopy but had to cancel as part of my problem was a diseased gallbaldder. Gallbladder removed 8/16 and I still have issues with diarrhea, gas, bloating, no appetitite, nauseous, always feels full in stomach like I just ate.

Had CAT Scan on 8/4/07 and no abdominal masses were found.

I am post gall bladder surgical 4 weeks now. Colonscopy scheduled for 9/24/07.

I don't want to be scared but is diarrhea a symptom of strong possibility of colon cancer? I will be 51 years old in November.

Diarrhea can be a symptom for many things. It's good that you have your colonoscopy scheduled. Try not to fret in the meantime.
