A little history: for the past month I have been fainting and getting these really bad migraines. I went to the endocrinologist and she ordered a thyroid function test (Jan 2007 I was hypothyroid) last week I was hyperthyroid. I wasnt low enough in jan to go on meds....so she ordered the following:

Glucose tolerance test:
Fasting: 94
1 hr after ingestion of 75g of glucose solution: 195 mg/dL
2 hrs after the ingestion: 191 mg/dL
When I passed out my glucose was at 85 and bp 150/105 with 115 in pulse the first time I passed out yesterday at 8 am, 65 and bp 90/50 the second time passing out at 5pm on the same day.
Insulin:
Serum: 29 (normal values 0-35)
Insulin after the glucose admin: 172 (1 hour after ingestion)
Insulin after the glucose admin: 152 (2 Hours after ingestion)

Thyroid function test:
Total T4: 10.3 (normal 5.5-12)
TSH 1.26 (normal 0.3-4.5)
Free T3 3.4 (normal 2.3-4.2)
Last week my values were higher than the normal, now this week Im normal. On an ultrasound they detected a nodule...and on the thyroid screening with the radioactive thing, it said that my thyroid was enlarged, but didnt say anything aobut the nodule or "mass."

I was also diagnosed last week with microcytic anemia.

Please help, any insight to this is more reassuring.
