Just wanted to give everyone a little encouragement. My hubby was finally diagnosed with dermatomyositis last year. He lost use of his throat and had to have a feeding tube put in. Today after massive doses of steroids and lots of physical therapy (he still does that) he is doing very well. He eats whatever he wants and feels good and his strength is coming back. He stays on methotrexate injections and works hard to keep everything working properly. He still has minor issues that he is still working with but nothing to worry about.

So don't give up keep fighting you can get there!
