Has anyone experienced oily, dull hair since in meno.? Or, pale facial skin, with that sort of "drawn" dull look? Does anyone ever have two good or decent days in a row? Everyday for me is a new suprise of what will hurt next. Anyone get tingley knumby feelings all over at times? Or low back and groin aches? Thanks

hello-I'm pre-meno and I've noticed the same thing with my hair lately-either dull and brittle looking or lank and greasy. Fell like I'm 15 again but not in a good way!
