If anyon has had terrible gas problems with meno., was it relieved when you went on hormone replacement? Did muscle stiffness go away, did tingling and nerve pain subside?? Thank you

I didn't know that gas was a part of meno, I have been reading different post for the past few days and realise that I must be going through peri
I have been trying to work out what I have been eating for the past few months as I have had gas. How long does it last? :confused:
