I have some pelvic pain all of the time, but it's very mild. I usually don't cramp during my periods, but have noticed that the last two that I have had I cramped. I'm cramping a lot during this one I'm having now. Also, for the past few months, I've been having pains shooting down my legs in the front. It's worse during my period. It really hurts, and they are really sharp pains. Any idea what it could be?

I actually came to the boards to post this very same thing! Your symptoms describe what I'm experiencing to a T!

I'm sorry I don't have any input on what it could be but I just wanted you to know that you are not alone in this!

Hopefully we can get some advice on this soon!

"Dupe" it here!! At my last exam my doctor said it could be fibroids? I'm also having alot of light brown (old blood) discharge after my period. I also have the pain in my legs and seem to always have pelvic tenderness. I believe the pains in the legs during our periods are associated with cramps?
My last few periods have been the worst in years. I am in my 40's so I'm thinking this is in response to the big "M" around the corner!:(
