i heard that if one sleeps with a bra on, she will get breast cancer. or it is more likely to get it.
is that true?

It is a myth. Granted it is better to sleep without a bra at night so that the glands arent kept under constant pressure.

I've heard this also, and was worried because I almost always sleep with one on. I'm large breasted, so it's much more comfortable. I've also heard it's a myth, and my mamograms have always been normal.
I wear a loose sports bra at night so it's not very tight.
