View Full Version : About estrogen levels?

I'm a 19 female, I haven't gotten a blood test done in many years (I'm scared to death of getting one) However I am certain that I have low estorgen levels. My doctor put me on birth control pills to control my acne and she said this is a result of my crazy hormones. Additionally, I have unnaturally small breasts for my age, I sweat alot, I have irregular periods when I'm not taking birth control pills, etc

I know many people ask if there are naturally ways to increase estrogen levels in a woman's body but I'm just asking, if over time my estrogen levels will ever even out just on their own? Or will I be like this forever? Any advice you can give is much appreciated.
