Just hoping somebody could give me a little enlightenment maybe.... My partner of 2 and some years, was severly injured previous to our relationship. He was a extremley avid outdoors man and is now unable to do any of his previous activities including work. He is basically angry all the time because of this fact; he doesn't seem to be able to come to terms with this. The anger is really affecting my life now and I am not sure that I can continue. I think what I would like to do is find ways that I can help, I don't know if I can help with the coming to terms with his condition or if I should try to help with the anger? I don't know where to begin?.....

Hi Casca, anger is part of the path after you experience a loss. I can't remember all the parts to it - shock, anger, bargaining, acceptance or something like that. Anyway, your partner seems to be stuck at the anger stage. Have you all ever talked about his anger over the accident?
