Hi I have had fibromyalgia for 13 years. Very pain full. Now for the last five half months. Got blood clots in my left leg. Now is consider deep vein thrombus. Can hardly walk. Trying drugs and pain manamagment. Is there anyone out there that has or had both problem. So maybe we can help or disscuse what helps or doesn't help. Cathy

Do they just LEAVE you with the clots? Don't they have to get rid of them?

Is your pain centered in one spot or your leg(s) in general? How bad on a scale of 1-10 is the pain? Can you describe it?

I have bad leg pain and can't figure out why aside from the general "FM" diagnosis which I can accept for the other floating aches and pains, I can't for the legs.

Blood clots in the leg or DVT is not a good thing. Clots can be from many things, meds, trauma,a surgery on other parts of body. They are something that need to be delt with. If they break loose they can cause a polmonary embolis which if not caught can be fatal. Leg pain from Fibro might hurt as much but your leg/s should not increase in size or change in color or temperature. If you haven't already seen a doctor please have it checked out ASAP.
