I have been having the most severe GI issues. I was diagnosed with IBS, Gastritis, Esophagitis and acid in my lungs.

I will go days without a bowel movement. Sometimes I'll have a tiny one but nothing worth writing home about. All of a sudden I'll start feeling an overwhelming sense of panic and anxiety. Normally this is followed by 15 minutes in the bathroom. Afterwards I feel so tired, tightness in my chest for days, arms/hands tingling and shaky plus nausea.

Am I alone in this? I feel like I'm going crazy. I want to be able to breathe normally again and not have this overwhelming chest tightness.
