I am 53 and have been going through menopause for a while, now i am having problems with confusion. I read where some women have problems with this at this time. I also forget things alot easier. Is there anything out there to help with this? i dont want to take hormone therapy. as the risks of cancer from them.

I'm also having problems with confusion and fuzzy thinking lately (I'm 42 and recently started having peri symptoms). It's very annoying at times, especially at work. I have always been a detail oriented person until lately. :( I'm going to do some research on the subject to see if there is anything that will help with that! I'll let you know if I find anything! I don't want to take hormone therapy either.
