Hey all - I only took 7 ultram today!!! That is the least in, well,
probably 3 years. I was really, really busy all day - so I guess
that may be one key for me - stay busy.

Still following everyones posts, and wishing success for all of us
that are in the fight ! If I can make progress ( zip willpower) -
anyone can!!

Nolachica, that was maybe the number one thing that sustained me throughout the tapers. I had to stay so busy that I could not think sometimes. The forcing to keep myself busy was what passed the wicked time and kept the withdrawals at bay somewhat. I would go and clean my son and daughter-in-laws home, do their laundry, cook... anything to make the hours pass. I would try to exhaust myself so I could get some degree of sleep. Then I would walk... up and down the block, up and down the stairs. Now I am so much better, working, and my son and wife have to clean and cook and do laundry themselves. Hahahaha! All for the good.

You keep on keeping on. You are doing a great job.
