Hi, all, I'm a 32 year old male. months ago i noticed that the inside left side of my bellybutton appeared swollen. if i mess with it, push on it and such for too long, it does not hurt but can get kind of yellowish and jaundiced, possibly because i'm bruising it, i guess. it is not hard, it is very soft and squishy, and only changes size when i play with it too much. a lot of people are telling me it is most likely a fatty lipoma or just a fat deposit on my skin and that it is common. others wondered about a hernia although i have no discomfort at all. i just wondered if anyone had any knowledge of something like this that turned out to be a malignant tumor or if i'm overreacting. i'm a very anxious person about health and tend to obsess. i'm seeing the doctor tomorrow to have it looked at and i really could use some input.
