Hello There. I have been posting in this forum about my ROCD. My principal obsession is that i feel my wife loves me one day (when she is very affectionate and nice) and other day i feel she doesnt (maybe days she is stressed or worried about something), Can a normal person feel one day loves someone and next day change their opinion, and then again feel love????

I ask this because all my OCD began after a brokeup with my wife (we werent married then), then when we got back again somedays she told me she loves me, and then next day told me she was confused about her feelings, i know most of her confusing days she was also mad with me, my therapist told me she could confuse or mix being mad with not loving.

Actually she never tells me anything wrong about her feelings, she just repeats day after day she loves me so much, but there are days i feel the opossite, i feel her diferent with a strange glance, even she tells me she loves me i think she is faking, so i am obsessed that suddenly one day she feels nothing for me, just because she is not as affectionate as the day before or just because she is quiet or stressed.-

Can a normal person feel one day loves someone and next day change their opinion, and then again feel love????
This obsession is making me crazy...:( , so i know my OCD plays big role here, but i do believe she si confused sometimes even when she tells me nothing.

By the way when is asked her one time about it, she got mad telling me that it happened when she was confused in the past, that it doesnt happen right now...

how can i focus my thoughts to something different? My ocd feeds from the past, how can i know thats not happening now?

How can i do not to bother her with this obsession? I know it is a compulsion to ask her.

There are days almost whole weeks i am ok, but then the doubt comes again, i need to find out a way to handle it.

How can i live with uncertainty that my wife loves or not????
Soemtimes i really feel she does, sometimes not...
