Kathy,
I'm glad you liked them and also enjoyed them when I first came across them an few months back. I thought they are ideal for us and I know I didn't find them overwhelming.
I think it's great to come when you come across these interactive health tutorials.

This is an excellent web site and very informative for those who have recently been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Personally, I did not learn anything new but it is still a great place for those who need more information that is simplified and to the point. Dawnsmist

Great site...No new info. for me, but still a wonderful resource to have learn of. Also, anyone out there know about actual research data on the relationship of environmental exposure and Fibromyalgia?
