Four months ago I suffered a concussion which also affected my cervical spine. Ever since then I have had headaches, dizziness, fatigue, fogginess and occasional neck pain. I went to a chiropractor for two months and a physical therapist for one month with no lasting improvement, only temporary. The symptoms wax and wane. Recently I spoke with an alternative medicine doctor's office and they believe that I have fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue. Can a head injury/concussion cause fibro?

No one knows what causes FMS. It seems many people who post say their awareness of FMS began with a physical trauma. A concussion surely is a physical trauma. One caution: before giving what you have the FMS name, be sure to go through all the tests so you know what it isn't.
