I just got diagnosed with this yesterday. I have severe nerve pain in the vein leading to my clitoris. It makes me feel like I need to pee since it is so close to the Urethra, but I have no UTI. I am miserable and it hurts so bad. I am not red or irritated on the vulva, just have the throbbing aching pain.

My doctor wants me to take steriod cream but I don't think it is doing anything. She says it is hard to treat.

Is there anything over the counter/natural anyone recommends for this horrible painful problem?

I would like to know more about this too as my doctor told me I have inflammation down there. Go back next week. But every mnth around my period for the past 4 or 5 months I was getting what I thought was a yeast infection. It itched at first now it just feels swollen and irritated. Like raw almost. I hate it and nothing I have tried over the counter seems to help. Go back next week but until then........now I'm fixing to start again and it is coming back :(
