Sorry you aren't sleeping...but I was just diagnosed with FM in November and have been on amitriptaline since for sleep. I find that I still wake up, I am assuming partly from the pain, but I sleep about 2 more hours a night than I was. It seems to be the nature of the syndrome....it just compounds everything when you don't sleep. Wishing you a solution!
