Are you sure it is neuropathy? It usually starts in the extremeties where blood circulation is weak, and works its way up.

Where is the pain? I had pain in my right groin and going down the inside of my leg. An overanxious young doc diagnosed femoral neuropathy (nerve damage in the femoral nerve). It was actually a back injury that I had physio and accupuncture for and is now better.
