I often struggle to stop passing gas during class.
Especially after lunch it's very difficult to stop it.
(Though I've never passed gas in front of others.)
I'm sick of this, because it breaks my concentration.
What do you think is the cause of this problem?
What supplements should I take? Fiber or lactobacillus acidophilus?
Should I see a doctor?

Thanks for your response.
After my last post I found that belly breathing helps me stop gas,
probably by improving the blood flow throughout my body.
