I'm new to this board, but need some help! I have been taking Celexa for anxiety for about 4 months and it has been working really well. I've had a couple of the well known side affects, sweating, dry mouth, etc. But recently my joints have started hurting. I can't tell actually if its my muscles around the joint or the bone. But the wierd thing is, is all started at once pretty much. One day my knee started hurting, then my chest ( like thebreast bone area, then my shoulder, then my hip and thigh??? It's worse in the mornings usually, getting so bad so quickly sometimes it's hard to get dressed in the morning for work. I have a doctors appt in a couple of days, but I've been reading up on Fibromylagia and I fear this could be it. Hoping though its just a side effect from Celexa? Anyone experience anything like this? Does Fibromyalagia usually start this quick? any advice would be great!

I've not heard of pain as a side effect of Celexa. Your symptoms do sound like FM, especially pain that's worse in the mornings, and everything has to start sometime.
