Hi i have been having problems with low blood sugar (not diabetic), anyway this morning i felt bad a usual and so struggled to get up - felt weak, groggy, extreem hunger, my head was aching not sharp pain but niggling sort, but what i noiced was when i looked in the mirror my pupils were much larger than they usualy are and when i was in light they dilated further and were almost covering the whole of the coloured part of the eye (really wide). Does this sound like hypoglycemia? what about the more dilated pupils - is that a sign? please post back, thanks

Yes. When my blood sugar is low my pupils dilate. In fact, one of the ways that I identify my own low blood sugar is light sensitivity.

I've never taken a close look, but I am sensitive to light when my sugar is low too.
