G,day everybody. This issue has caused me some concern .Driving home from work during the week(which takes approx 30 mins) I stepped out of my car at the local shops to buy some groceries, I noticed myself tremblimg or shaking all over,I thought gee this is odd.I proceeeded into the shop, gathered what i needed went to the checkout still shaking ,hoping no one would notice.jumped back in my vehichcle and drove home 5 more mins .I shaked for another 15 mins before things settled down. When i arrived home i filled a glasss of wine as i thought that may help i drank three quick ones and was feeeling better.Byu the way the shaking wasnt alcohol related i drink once twice a week. Anyone know what it may be . I was diagnosed with ptsd a cpuple of months ago and was wondering if it may be related too stress.

Looks familiar to a low sugar attack. Had you not eaten for a long while before this happened? and what had you eaten?

What about caffeine? had you been drinking coffee or anything with caffeine EG: cola? chocolate?

I cant tolerate caffeine anymore as it does exactly that to me. Also if i go a long time with no food it happens too. If your having no other symptoms, id say it was a drop in your sugar levels that did that. If it happens again try to pin point what you have eaten or drunk, if it persists go along to the Doctor and see what they say.

Good luck :)

It sounds like anxiety. I get it all the time going to stores. i keep going though despite the fact that I feel this way because I am afraid that if I stop - i won't ever go back and become house bound.
