Hi i have not spoke to anybody about this before, but last year i started A level psychology and we did a module on abnormality where we covered eating disorders. After learning about that i became really worried as i think that prehaps i mite be bulimic as I some times binge on food and take laxatives or just take laxatives (that is where we are up to know) I used to binge on food and eat malteasers as i new they had laxatives in so if i ate enough it would make me go, then i started using diet pills after every meal just one like it said on the packet. Then i started to use more i would start to up the dose to two after every meal. Now i just take them wheneva i eat anything. whether thats a snack or meal, i also take laxatives everyevening before i go to bed.
i am not eating proper meals any more! I only ever eat a proper dinner when i am at home if i am not at home i wont will either snack or nothing at all! and will some days skip meals. depending on who i am with. please help i dont know what to do and who to talk to!
Also i hate doctors! so please do not tel me to c a doctor as i no tht is wot i shuld do! do u ave ne other suggestions?
