Ok. I've been feeling really tired with neck pain for almost 2 years now. I've had just about every test under the sun done on me, everything always comes back normal. I'm concerned about hemochromatosis because it runs in my family. I'm getting my ferritin test next week. I've had three bloods tests done and all off them have shown boardline tests for hematocrit. They're usually 49.5 or 50 (35-50).
could this be a problem?

I think it is wise to get your ferritin checked - you may also ask if they could check the iron and transferrin saturation at the same time. There are many things that could be contributing to your tiredness and neck pain. You may as rule out hemochromatosis if possible. Or, if you do have it, it's time to find out. Keep going with the tests until you have a diagnosis or just start feeling better. Your hematocrit looks fine so far. As long as it is within range, I wouldn't fret over it. But it is nice to know your baseline in case it changes later.
Anyway - with the data you have so far, I think it's too early to say if it is likely to be hemochromatosis.
