[COLOR="DarkOrchid"]This is a longer sort of story so I am going to be specific on my one problem with anxiety and just tell you why I am this way. I am a 21 yr old girl battling with cancer and am at the point where I need to to put on all sorts of nutrtion and weight and strength in order to for the doctors to perform surgery to take out my lung. I have a lung cancer called DSRCT that took doctors 10 lbs to diagnose. Now after chemo treatments and that now my liver is so damaged i simply will now survive surgery only weighing 98lbs.
I now struggle with the ability to eat. For some reason I fear food. I stress all that what I will eat, what time i will eat, or even if I have the ability to swallow it physically. The plan is to eat 6 small meals through out the day or 3 meals and 2 extra snacks. Now I see that all as mixed chaos. :jester: I welcome all thoughts of positivity, courage, and strength in order for me my survival. My father:angel: has been with me thought this fight the whole time and has given me the ONE and ONLY responsibility to eat. so please Help me maybe will small suggestions, distractions, or any advice to be able to eat again. Its at the point i dont feel hungry but its fear its just insanity. Here is what I would like to eat daily:

Breakfast 7:30-930a
NutraGrain Bar
4 oz Yogurt
Breakfast 2 10-11a

Snack (little debbie)
Lunch 12-200p
