I've just drastically changed my diet 2 months ago due to very high cholesterol. I've seen lost 13 lbs.
I eat healthy, try my best for 5 to 9 fruits and veggies a day, 2 servings of grains, legumes, no red meat, just chicken and fish etc...
For the last week, I find about 30 minutes after a meal, I get severe bloating and gas. I also feel full. This doesn't pass (no pun intended! :) ) for several hours.
I don't plan on going back to unhealthy eating but I wonder if my dietary changes could be responsible to these recent symptoms.
Is this something temporary? why did it just start?

Hi, boubou --
Congratulations on your healthy eating. Try taking some Beano before each meal. It seems to help me. It's an enzyme that helps your digestion.

I'll give it a try.
If you take it, then sounds like it's a common thing when eating this many fruits and veggies?
