Has anybody known of anyone who had stomach cancer? If so what were theeir symptoms?

my mom was just diagnosed with stomach cancer on 9/13/07. some symptoms may include ulcer(s), a high h.pylori count, fatigue, sharp stomach pains, and slight pressure in the abdominal region... there may possibly be more.

but i also just found out that an acquaintance's husband was diagnosed with stage 4 gastric cancer, and he never felt anything but just mere stomach cramps. so it depends on the person themself.

we are unsure of the staging of my mom's cancer, but she is responding very well to our nightly acupuncture sessions and her daily doses of SJW tea. she states that this is the first time in months that there has been no abdominal pressure at the site of her tumors, and that she has been sleeping soundly through the night. the coloring in her face has improved as well.

surgery to remove the stomach is imminent though. but hopefully, the acupuncture and the SJW tea will keep chemo and radiation at bay...

^^I hope she gets better..how did they find the cancer?
