My granddaughter has been diagnosed with osteomylitis. She got this back the end of May or the first part of June. She has been on clindemyicin AND vancamyicin intraveniously for the biggest part of the last three months. They removed the first pickline about two months ago and the last one about three weeks ago and she is still having problems with the finger swelling and hurting. Is there anything we can do to help this heal?
