I had a partial hysterectomy @ the age of 23 yrs old due to endometrial cancer. They left my left ovary because they didn't want me to go through menapause@such an early age.The cancer is back&now I have to get the ovary removed.Besides the hot flashes&mood swings I will experience, what about my husband & I as far as our sex life? Is it still possible to have orgasms? And if so,will they be the same as before they remove the last ovary?Or as often or intense? We have a very active sexual relationship,so this has been bothering me alot NOT KNOWING THESE THINGS.I was also wondering if afterwards,is vaginal dryness an issue? THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME, Shannon

Sorry to hear about your cancer. Orgasms have nothing to do with your ovaries. Yes, you will probably get vaginal dryness. There are lubricants for that. Hope you do well. Godbless:angel:
