Hi: I had radiation after a lumpectomy 12 years ago. I had reconstruction in January and my breast has not dropped. The surgeon said it was scar tissue and tissue hardened from radiation. Is there any way I can break up the scar and radiated tissue so my breast will match the other one? Please advise. Thanks so much. Ginniebez
