I am 21 years old boy.. I am affected by this Tonsil if i eat cold items..is Tonsillectomy the only way to cure this??

how long & how much pain i will have aftr the surgery?

i am worryin a lot ::
cos aftr the Tonsillectomy for few days i should nt eat spicy foods .,: but i dont drink Milk, eat curd rice , Wht can i eat ? can i eat Biscuits/ breads for ten days??


1) Can i drink Boost/complan?

2) is It possible to recover within Ten days??

3)i read tht tonsillectomy for adults cause much pain:: 21 years adult will also have tht pain?? is it bearable?

4)Aftr this Tonsilectomy (aftr a month) can i eat ice creams Regularly? will i get fever,etc ??

5)is anyothr option is there to avoid tonsillectomy?:: ie., if i gargle wit salt water twice a day? like tht ?
