has anyone had a personal asistant that criticized the way you dress or anything? my PCA constantly tells me iu dress young, that shes overheard people say i dress ugly, should i believe her? now i dont mean to be rude, but they way she looks, dresses, evn acts isnt always attractive either, she says i should dresl older because all i wear are shorts and tshirts when she comes in with sweats and a shirt everyday. again i dont mean to be rude but i dont get why she does this all the time. im gessing that a halter top would be difficult for me to put on myself but i dunno. other girls what do you wear? i like being somewhat independent and slipping on a tshirt and shorts i can be. has anyone had problems like this with a PCA? sould i fire her.

Clothing is one of my favorite topics!

I can dress myself, but still avoid clothing with alot of buttons. Mostly, I wear polo tops, and pants (many have clips now, instead of buttons). In the winter, long-sleeved tops and turtlnecks. I also like to watch "What not to wear" on The Learning Channel (TLC) to see the outfits that are put together.

Eddie Bauer on line has a great selection of pull-on tops and pants.

I think that is more important to be neat and clean, then fashionable though.

I will never forget going to a career fair promoting employment for the disabled and seeing a lovely girl, in a wheel chair, with the most fab pair of snakeskin boots! She obviously well-cared for and it showed!

I would dress however you want. If you feel good in shorts and t-shirts, go for it!

What I find so difficult is finding shoes that I can wear/walk in and that are still cute! I have thought about going into the shoe business just to make such shoes. There has to be a pretty big market for such a line as many people have foot problems!

I agree with Cortney. Dress however you want. What ever easy for you to put on.
God bless,
Deborah

Courtney:

You miight try the Clarks Brand. All my shoes from them have backs (hard to find, but do-able) and they are soo comfortable!
