Hi,

You have neuralgia, I get it sometimes and it is very painful. I started to get this after having Bells Palsy when I was in my twenties. The first time I had it they thought it may have come from a cold breeze blowing over my face. It was in the spring of the year.

I take a strong pain pill called darvacet. Laying on a heating pad will also help. Sitting under a fan or sometimes being in air condition will cause it.
